Shipping and Delivery

When purchasing products on our Site, they will be shipped using one of the following methods:

• Standard shipping via mail. Delivery takes between 5 and 7 business days.

The delivery will be made as quickly as possible, according to the chosen shipping method. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

You will be asked to cover the shipping fees in addition to the price of the products purchased.

Delivery may also be subject to changes or delays during holiday periods such as Black Friday and Christmas (these depending on the policies of the chosen shipping provider).

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the products. To do so, please email info@portorealcigars.com with your request.

Returns
Returns can be made by mail to our address 7209 Northwest 54th Street, Miami, FL 33166. Returns have to be approved by us prior to returning merchandise.
